At Dear Village, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and resolve it for you.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalised items).
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have, following the steps above.
  2. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify under the cooling-off period:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
