  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors, such as customs clearance and carrier delays.


Local Pickup

We offer a local pickup option for customers near Esperance, WA. If you select this option at checkout:

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
  • Orders can be picked up from:

Pickup hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
