Billie and her twin brother Tom have been playing tennis together since they were kids, dreaming of reaching the junior doubles final at Wimbledon. But when Tom collapses just before their local qualifier, he urges Billie to find a new doubles partner and continue playing.

Enter Harley, her coach’s nephew and the neighbor she has always disliked. Despite their differences, Billie reluctantly teams up with Harley, who she views as a typical guy's guy.
