Can I order a book you don't have in stock?
Of course. If there's a particular book you're looking for, get in touch with our team and we'll see if we can order it for you. Special orders typically take 2–3 weeks, depending on availability.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. Our gift vouchers are a lovely way to let someone choose their next favourite read or something beautiful from the shop. Get in touch and we'll help you find the right option.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. You'll see the cost before completing your purchase.
What is your returns policy?
For eligible change-of-mind returns, we offer store credit within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply to faulty or otherwise non-compliant products.
